We Made our First Batch of Mozzarella in 1978…
…and no mozzarella has come close since! Mozzarella was first made in Italy using “latte di bufala” or milk from bufallo in Campana. It was then made using cow’s milk known as mozzarella “fior di latte” or mozzarella made from milk of a cow. Our meticulous and precise method making mozzarella is why we are famous for our quality!
